Translation of Pentium Tools

Hey,

Before releasing 1.07 version with fixes and some new features,
I would like to make the tools be in different languages.
So I searching volunteers (people who have a free time(translating about 450-600 lines of texts)), know excellent English language and additional language they willing to translate tools to it, also have experience in translating texts(Not just using google translate - because automatic translate is not works well)

Language that tools can be translated to are:
Albanian, Arabic, Catalan,Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, Estonian, Filipino, Finnish, French, Galician, German, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Maltese, Norwegian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovenian, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese

For Language Bulgarian, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Portuguese,Latvian, Lithuanian,Russian, Slovak,Spanish, Ukrainian I already have volunteers.

Changes of 1.06 version:
1) Optimization of tools for working faster with lower resources.
2) Fixed movereq.bmd editor, now working for new version of the client
3) Added 3d Player Preview:

4) Added buttons "<<copy" and "copy>>" in compare mode in bmd editors.
It will first make copy to selected fields in its table
and then make paste start from selected field in the second table.

Changes of 1.05 version:

1) Added options to replace text:
- button "replace": replaces found text with new one
- button "replace and find next": replaces found text with new one and find text appearance of the text.
- button "replace all" : replaces all appearances of text with a new one
2) Added option to compare files in the editors:
- added compare mode option
- added buttons for next and previous difference in compare mode
- added highlight option to highlight differences with orange background
- added synchronize scroll bars options to scroll both files in same time
3) Added option to visually sort tables by clicking column headers
4) Added in edit menu remove sort of the table(if user made a sort by column).
5) Added missing polish language to auto translator
6) Fixed initialize table column size according to column header also
7) Fixed in formatted text editor initial size of all columns
8) Fixed in formatted text editor not to split comments in the end of line
9) Added in bmd editors when text is cut because it is too long, print text before and after in event log.
10) Change in non Unicode language menu to different languages instead of Central & Eastern European, Western European lines and Cyrillic.
11) fixed focus issue in cells of tables that have numbers
12) fixed appearance of undo when cell actually was not changed

Tips On Using MuOnline Pentium Tools

Changes of 1.04 version :

1) Added Editor for movereq.bmd file also export to server side movereq.bmd.
2) Added unique formatted text editor (for editing text file that the data in the files is actually sort of table) with features:
- supporting non unicode text files, in the way now you can see the text in language that choosed in tools and also translate it.
- adding and removing cells, rows, column
- merging and split cells in row by space or tab delimiter
- undo,redo, find, auto translate, copy, paste like in other editors
3) Added Undo,Redo options for editing files in tables
4) Added new 11 languages for auto translating with Google Translate:
Catalan,Filipino,Hebrew,Indonesian,Latvian,Lithuanian,Serbian,Slovak,
Slovenian,Ukrainian,Vietnamese
Now there is possible to auto translate in 33 languages by Google Translate.
5) Fixed save problem for unicode textw file
6) Changed text cell editing focus in table, now it is like in excel,
when key pressed on selected cell - all text is replaced by that key
on mouse double click, the text got focus on same place
7) Fixed problem that editor on some computers had runtime error

MuOnline PentiumTools Released 1.02 Version

Changes of 1.02 version :
1) Fix of editing text.bmd and textw.bmd, removed junk text in the end of some texts

2) Added support for choosing non Unicode language for opening bmd files(not Unicode like Korean or chines...), and for choosing non Unicode language for editing and saving bmd file.
For example: You open Korean text.bmd - and what you see is some junk text that even not Korean, this happens because in text.bmd the text is not Unicode one(Not like in textw.bmd where text is Unicode), therefore the characters of this text taken from window's non-Unicode default configuration, In case that in your window's non Unicode language is not korean - then you will not see the Korean text and will not able to translate it.

In my tools you can choose - what language the files you open (for example Korean), and also choose what language you translating file to (if you translating to English - then i suggest choose same language as one you open the file with), In this way you can open file in Korean language and translate it for example to Russian and save this file as Cyrillic - in this case all Korean text will be gone, but the Russian text will be saved and will be seen in the game on windows where in configuration - non-Unicode language is Cyrillic...

3) Added automatic translation from Google translate(You must have internet connected for that option), you can select some cells in the table, or translate the whole file(may take a long time....). Also after translation - the non-Unicode language for editing and saving change automatically to language that you translated to.
The languages available to translate from each one to another are: Arabic, Bulgarian,Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Swedish.

Now you can easily translate the file to any language without copying and paste to Google and back a lot of times...
You should only not forget to:
1) Bmd files(that are not Unicode) cannot be saved with more than 1 non-Unicode language - for example Korean and Arabic - so if you save file as Arabic - all the Korean texts will be gone
(English can be saved with any other language)
2) Players must have configuration in windows of non-Unicode language - the one you translate to, otherwise they will see junk text...

MuOnline 3D map editor's future

Hi,

In order to be able to create 3d map editor for muonline (Editor in which you will see all map in 3d, will be able to move and rotate objects, change heights and terrains)
I need to learn advanced 3d opengl programming, this matterial is very hard to learn from tutorials and guides because it contains a lot of mathematic difficult calculations.
Therefore in order to create such editor I should to take a course in advanced 3d opengl programming that costs 1000Euro.
Therefore I decided to ask you for donations to the project.
Donator will get the latest beta version of tools that I would like you to test. For now in that version features like:

I have excellent news, I got a great help from Excelsior Company, with their product my tools will work faster and will be simple to run without need to install any JVM platform.

I hope during this or next month there will be available to everyone version of my tools that will include staff:

Pentium Tools Preview

Hey all MuOnline Fans and Designers

As you know I am developing a tool that will help you to customize popular muonline game
It will let you to edit a game's language files(all files in local folder) - you will be able to make a game in your language

It will let you to preview and convert 3d models of the game - you will be able to change, redesign and create a new models. During development I converted a lot of new models and redesign of great 3d designers like RIMBROS, Gyvastis, Pitashi and Others which creations can be found in RageZone and other forums.

It will let you to change the games world like you wish

It will let you show how will look your player in the game:

During 2009 I plan also to develop 3d map designer in which you will see all the world in 3d, change surface, terrain height, move objects
It is very complicated option for which I plan to take special curse in 3d Graphics.

My Tools is developed in Java, Beta version will be soon for my selected group of testers.
